This dance is a fun and enjoyable way to break out of your ordinary routine, and maybe get a little work out while you’re at it. Perfect for all ages, shapes and sizes. Belly dance is great for coordination, flexibility and building core strength. I began teaching belly dance classes in 2007 and have been a regular instructor through The Cassandra School and Minneapolis Community Education. I also offer private instruction for individuals or groups.
